DETIL LOWONGAN

  1. - Responsibilities:
  2. Financial & Administration Management:
  3. Manage financial and administration activities to meet project objectives and funding obligations
  4. Develop budgets to support project proposals and monitor spend against awarded funding
  5. Develop and maintain standard financial and administrative procedures
  6. Develop quotation requests, procurements requests, payment requests and any other procurement documentation as needed
  7. Develop flight quotation requests, liaising with the team and travel agents to follow through with procurement
  8. Monitor and review accounting discrepancies and recommend corrective actions to the program manager and finance team
  9. Ensure the timely preparation of any supporting documentation required to meet funding obligations
  10. Providing monthly and quarterly financial reports as required
  11. - Other Tasks:
  12. Collaborate and assist other teams in Kopernik as needed

KRITERIA UMUM

  1. Laki-laki atau perempuan
  2. Usia tidak diutamakan
  3. Pendidikan terakhir minimal S1 (Akuntansi/Financial/Adm. Bisnis)
  4. Diutamakan telah memiliki pengalaman berkerja


KRITERIA KHUSUS

  1. Tuna Daksa,Tuna Rungu Wicara
  2. Indonesian national
  3. 2-5 years’ professional work experience
  4. Excellent organisational skills
  5. High energy levels
  6. Experience working within the reporting requirements of high-level grant-based funding contracts (eg. EuropeAID, UNICEF, The Australian Government, Grand Challenges Canada, etc)
  7. Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian
  8. Excellent numeracy and literacy
  9. Advanced computer skills with fluency in Excel
  10. A can-do and collaborative mind set – comfortable with the ambiguities and demands of a rapidly evolving work environment
  11. A commitment to Kopernik’s values and reaching underserved communities.
