1. Head of Business Development will join the Indonesian leadership team and will be responsible for initiating and managing relationships with our growing number of partners to scale the impact of our flagship program: Reusable diaper program around the Brantas river.

3. Pendidikan terakhir minimal S1 (Marketing or equivalent)
4. Diutamakan telah memiliki pengalaman berkerja

KRITERIA KHUSUS

1. Tuna Daksa,Tuna Rungu Wicara,Tuna Netra
2. We are looking for someone who had experience in more than 5 years’ experience.
3. Looking, managing, and Maintain partnership with CSR partners, national and multinational partners, as well as NGOs.
4. Project management, specifically managing budgets, timelines, reports, and deliverables.
5. Working with team members with different levels of experience.
6. Business development including product management, marketing, distribution, and supply planning.
7. Having worked in production environment/textile production is a plus.
8. Entrepreneurial spirit.
9. A strong can-do mentality.
10. A highly proactive approach and excellent coordination skills.
11. An organized way of working with the ability to drive individual and group performance .
